Anthropic confidentially filed its S-1 on June 1st, targeting a US listing by Q4 2026 with a $965 billion valuation. OpenAI followed with an S-1 filing on June 8th, also aiming for a Q4 2026 US debut at an $852 billion valuation.

DeepSeek has initiated preparations for an A-share IPO, planning to submit materials by late 2026 for a 2027 listing, holding a $71 billion pre-investment valuation. Dark Side of the Moon and LeapStar are evaluating or filing for Hong Kong listings with valuations of $20 billion and $12 billion respectively. RiverAI and Perplexity have expressed listing intentions for 2027 and 2028 but have not formally launched procedures.
