This outflow comprised 12.10 trillion won from the KOSPI market and 338.1 billion won from the KOSDAQ market. Conversely, foreign entities net purchased roughly 593.7 billion won in Korean ETFs during the same timeframe. KOSPI 200-tracking funds and inverse ETFs were among the top net purchases, indicating a strategy of risk hedging through combined long and short positions rather than unilateral bearishness. In single-stock leveraged ETFs, foreign investors displayed divergent stances: they net bought 22.7 billion won in Samsung Electronics-related products while net selling 122.1 billion won in SK Hynix-related instruments.
