Woofun AI reports that ChangXin Memory Technology plans to list on the Shanghai Stock Exchange Sci-Tech Innovation Board on July 27, 2026, with an estimated initial market value of approximately 5800 billion yuan. UBS forecasts a DRAM supply shortage lasting until Q2 2028, while CITIC Securities predicts persistent storage shortages through 2027 with price increases throughout 2026.

Various institutions project post-listing valuations ranging from 1 trillion to 22 trillion yuan. Senior investment banker Wang Ji Yue and several domestic brokerages benchmark against Micron, suggesting a 2 to 3 trillion yuan range based on PE ratios of 20-25 times. Reuters estimates a potential exceedance of 3 trillion yuan, possibly reaching 5 trillion yuan due to AI upcycles. Some optimistic models, assuming high prosperity P/E ratios of 50-100 times and net profits of 10-15 billion yuan by 2026-2027, suggest a long-term steady-state market value between 16 and 22 trillion yuan.
