Woofun AI reports that investment bank Bernstein raised its price target for Robinhood (HOOD) from $130 to $160, maintaining an "Outperform" rating. The firm highlights growth in emerging sectors like prediction markets and tokenized stocks, projecting a combined market size exceeding $70 billion within two years. Bernstein forecasts that prediction market revenue will surpass crypto business revenue by the second quarter of 2026, reaching approximately $150 million compared to $104 million in the previous quarter, while crypto trading revenue is expected to decline by 38%.

Since launching the CFTC-licensed Rothera platform in late May, Robinhood has processed over 3.5 billion contracts, with World Cup-related markets driving 93% of volume. Rothera now ranks as the fourth-largest global prediction market platform, contributing 16% of event contract trading volume. Bernstein projects prediction market revenue to grow at a 64% compound annual rate, hitting $1.7 billion by 2028.

Meanwhile, 2026 crypto trading revenue expectations were lowered by 49% due to weak industry volume, though a Bitcoin price rebound could provide further catalysts. Robinhood Chain, launched on July 1st, has surpassed $4 billion in TVL with $2 trillion in annualized DEX volume.
