Woofun AI data shows that Solana's on-chain tokenized asset trading volume reached $5.8 billion in Q2 2026, marking a 114% quarter-over-quarter increase. Tokenized stock trading comprised $4.8 billion of this total, accounting for 97% of the network's tokenized equity volume, with institutional demand serving as the primary growth catalyst.

Despite the surge in tokenized assets, Solana's real economic revenue declined by 43% to $51 million, and DEX spot trading volume contracted to $160.8 billion due to weakening meme coin activity.

However, funding inflows remained strong, with SOL spot ETPs recording a net inflow of $120 million and total staked SOL reaching 427 million, representing two-thirds of the total supply. The network is set to implement the Alpenglow upgrade and related SIMD proposals to adjust inflation and token burning mechanisms.
