Woofun AI reports that AI cloud and data center equities experienced a significant recovery, led by IREN which jumped 19.69% after raising its annualized recurring revenue target to over $4 billion. This adjustment follows the acquisition of new AI cloud service contracts with clients including Microsoft, Nvidia, Perplexity, and Figure.
Hut 8 climbed 10.45% upon finalizing a 15-year, $9.8 billion AI data center leasing agreement, while Cipher Mining rose 16.76%, CleanSpark increased 13.7%, and WhiteFiber gained 9.18%. Conversely, Nebius and CoreWeave showed no substantial upward movement, as emerging providers and hosting firms benefit from new contract catalysts and reported hash rate shortages.
