Woofun AI reports that CoinShares has launched a UCITS platform designed for institutional investors in Europe. The inaugural fund under this structure, a Bitcoin mining UCITS ETF, commenced trading on Tuesday on the Deutsche Börse’s Xetra. CoinShares indicated that this initiative allows the firm to engage key European entities, including pension funds, insurance companies, and private banks. As of April 2026, the net asset value of the UCITS ecosystem stood at 26.3 trillion euros.
