Woofun AI reports that InterContinental Sunrise Technology is preparing for a Hong Kong initial public offering with a base size of $7 billion, expandable to $8 billion via greenshoe option. BlackRock, Hillhouse Capital, and Temasek are expected to serve as cornerstone investors, alongside Sequoia Capital, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Wellington Management Co., and Yunfeng Fund, collectively subscribing to approximately 50% of the shares.
Investor subscriptions may commence as early as Wednesday, marking the largest stock issuance in Hong Kong in nearly seven years. The company, currently the largest weighted stock in the CSI 300 Index, surpassed CATL in index weight between May and June 2026 due to surging AI infrastructure demand. Its core business involves optical communication devices and intelligent equipment for cloud data centers and AI computing clusters.
