Woofun AI reports that Samsung Electronics is broadening its NAND flash memory supply agreement with NVIDIA. This expansion complements existing collaborations in DRAM, high-bandwidth memory, and wafer foundry services. Samsung has initiated mass production of the 10th generation V-NAND (V10) for NVIDIA and is increasing output for the 9th generation (V9). The company is also advancing development of the 11th generation 500-layer V-NAND (V11).
