Woofun AI reports that humanoid robot startup Humanoid has closed a $152 million Series A financing round. The investment establishes the company as Europe’s first unicorn in the humanoid robotics sector, setting a post-money valuation of $1.35 billion.

Prime Movers Lab led the round, joined by Schaeffler, Bosch, Fubon Financial Holdings, and Aglaé Ventures. This injection brings Humanoid’s cumulative funding to $270 million.
