Woofun AI reports that World Labs, the artificial intelligence entity established by Fei-Fei Li, has completed the acquisition of robotics developer SceniX. The financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed. World Labs stated that robotics serves as a critical medium for deploying spatial intelligence in physical environments, requiring systems to master environmental perception, spatial understanding, behavioral reasoning, and reliable execution. SceniX will merge into the World Labs organization, with both entities planning to leverage their respective expertise in spatial modeling and robotics technology to expand application scenarios.
