Woofun AI reports that Coinbase has partnered with Mubadala Capital and KAIO to issue compliant on-chain tokens representing Mubadala’s evergreen private market fund. Coinbase will support issuance on the Base network, purchase the tokens, and record them on its corporate balance sheet. This initiative marks the first instance of a major U.S. publicly traded company utilizing regulated tokenized real-world assets for on-chain treasury management. The product is also deployed on Solana and Sui networks, with KAIO providing the necessary infrastructure. The fund has secured approximately $75 million in capital, while Mubadala manages nearly $400 billion in total assets.
