The company stated that shipments are scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2026, with production volumes set to increase gradually during the fourth quarter. Helios represents AMD's first AI-dedicated rack system and is positioned as a direct competitor to NVIDIA's Grace Blackwell and Vera Rubin architectures.
