Woofun AI reports that Stripe is negotiating to acquire AI model aggregation platform OpenRouter for approximately $10 billion, a significant increase from the company's $1.3 billion valuation in May. OpenRouter currently processes over 200 trillion tokens monthly via its API, serving more than 10 million users and enabling access to over 400 models.
