Woofun AI reports that Swedish energy firm Orrön Energy has finalized a strategic agreement with Norwegian renewable company Cloudberry Clean Energy. Under the terms, Orrön will merge its Nordic renewable assets and organizational units, excluding the Karskruv wind farm, into Cloudberry to form a leading independent Nordic power generator. In exchange, Orrön will secure a 27.01% equity stake in the combined entity, positioning it as the largest shareholder. Orrön retains ownership of the Karskruv wind farm alongside key European development initiatives spanning data centers, solar, and battery storage.
