Woofun AI reports that BNB Treasury, CEA Industries, and YZi Labs Management have finalized a cooperation agreement to resolve their longstanding dispute over agency rights. The accord mandates the immediate appointment of Ella Zhang, Alex Odagiu, and Matthew Roszak to the board of directors, effectively halting competing claims for organizational control.

Under the new framework, the board will establish an executive director selection committee prioritizing candidates with deep expertise in listed companies and digital assets.

Concurrently, Alex Odagiu has been designated as interim president of BNC, reporting directly to the board until a permanent executive director is selected.
