Woofun AI reports that U.S. Central Command executed additional strikes on multiple Iranian targets on June 27 under the commander-in-chief's direction. The operation targeted military surveillance facilities, communications systems, air defense sites, drone storage, and mine-laying capabilities.
The strikes followed an Iranian one-way attack drone hitting the Panamanian-flagged oil tanker M/T Kiku at approximately 4:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Saturday. The vessel, carrying over 2 million barrels of crude oil, was destroyed. Commercial shipping through the Strait of Hormuz continues while U.S. forces remain vigilant.
