Woofun AI reports that SK Hynix has filed an application to list on the NASDAQ exchange. The company announced on June 24th its intention to raise up to 45 trillion Korean won, approximately $29 billion, through an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) offering scheduled for July. Proceeds will fund factory construction in Korea and the purchase of EUV equipment.
