The assets are transferred to a multisig wallet with scheduled batch releases on July 1, 2026, and July 1, 2027, following the completion of previously postponed terms regarding governance arrangements.

The funds are secured in a 2-of-3 multisig wallet controlled by Argot, the Ethereum Foundation, and a newly formed Safety Advisory Board, which acts as an independent arbiter for technical disputes. Argot Collective emphasized that despite this funding assurance, long-term reliance on single-source financing for public infrastructure remains a challenge, committing to semi-annual transparency reports and roadmap updates.
