Woofun AI reports that USD.AI has established a joint venture with BSQ Capital Partners to finance AI computing infrastructure within the Asia-Pacific region. The partnership aims to deploy an initial $300 million in GPU-backed financing, with provisions to expand to $1 billion upon meeting performance milestones.

BSQ Capital Partners will serve as the investment manager, overseeing transactions in Australia, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and India. USD.AI will supply the capital and utilize its programmable underwriting platform to transform high-performance computing hardware into financiable collateral.
