USITC Launches 337 Probe Into DRAM Devices Targeting Samsung, Google, and NVIDIA

Woofun AI reports that the U.S. International Trade Commission voted to initiate Investigation No. 337-TA-1511 concerning dynamic random-access memory devices, downstream products, and components. Samsung Electronics, Google, and NVIDIA are named as respondents in this proceeding. The USITC will establish the investigation completion date within 45 days of institution. Unless the U.S. Trade Representative vetoes the decision for policy reasons, any remedial orders issued by the USITC take effect upon issuance and become final on the 60th day thereafter.
