Woofun AI reports that shareholders of UK-based Satsuma Technology have approved the liquidation of its entire BTC holdings and subsequent delisting from the London Stock Exchange, with 90% voting in favor. The company currently holds 668 BTC, valued at approximately $43.5 million, making it the second-largest listed Bitcoin reserve entity in the UK. While four of the six directors opposed the move, arguing that maintaining the listed status would benefit shareholders, the remaining two supported the capital return. The delisting is scheduled for September 14, 2026, with final payments and CREST transfers completing on September 28, 2026. Satsuma’s Bitcoin reserve strategy lasted less than a year; after raising $218 million via convertible notes last year, the firm sold 579 BTC to repay non-converting noteholders. By April, its stock price had fallen over 99% from its peak.
