Woofun AI reports that ZTE Kangxun Telecom, a subsidiary of ZTE, has secured U.S. authorization to purchase NVIDIA H200 GPUs. Server manufacturer Maginfra has also obtained a similar license.

Additionally, another entity under Kingsoft has been permitted to acquire comparable AMD chips. These three companies were not previously disclosed in public records.

In May, the United States approved approximately 10 Chinese firms, including Alibaba, Tencent, ByteDance, and JD.com, for H200 purchases. Approval does not guarantee immediate delivery. Some Chinese cloud service providers have recently indicated to partners that H200 shipments may arrive soon, signaling progress in the import review process.
