These guidelines aim to promote the establishment of standards such as computing power service capability assessment and market-based pricing for computing power.

Xie Cun, spokesperson for the MIIT, stated that over 70 computing power superhighways have been constructed around national hub nodes in the past two years, resulting in a 10% improvement in network performance between these nodes. The ministry plans to optimize computing power infrastructure deployment, establish interconnection nodes, and improve resource utilization efficiency while coordinating industrial development and energy supply.
