Woofun AI reports that DeepSeek intends to launch its V4 stable version alongside Harness, a new code intelligence agent. Harness is designed to enable models to read and write files, call tools, and execute commands for continuous engineering tasks. The V4 official version was originally scheduled for mid-July with surge pricing, but as of July 20th, the release has not yet occurred. While DeepSeek previously focused on integrating V4 with third-party tools like Claude Code, this move marks the debut of their own dedicated code Agent product.
