By leveraging shared blockchain intelligence, authorities identified 54 victims, preventing potential losses of approximately $2.7 million in the United States and S$388,000 in Singapore.
The agencies also signed a memorandum of understanding on July 24 to formalize cooperation. This agreement aims to strengthen joint operations, intelligence exchange, training, and law enforcement assistance regarding online scams, cyber fraud, and money laundering.
