Korean AI Chip Unicorns Delay IPOs, Combined Valuation Hits 9.25 Trillion Won
Rebellions, FuriosaAI, and DeepX postpone listings to 2025-2028. Combined valuation reaches 9.25 trillion won as firms pursue Series D funding amid low revenue bases.
Woofun AI reports that South Korean AI chip developers Rebellions, FuriosaAI, and DeepX have revised their initial public offering timelines. Rebellions moved its KOSPI listing to the first half of next year, FuriosaAI targets the second half of 2028, and DeepX aims for 2027 to 2028. The trio is currently engaging in Pre-IPO and Series D fundraising rounds.
Valuations stand at 3.4 trillion won for Rebellions, 3 trillion won for FuriosaAI, and 2.85 trillion won for DeepX, totaling approximately 9.25 trillion won. Last year’s revenues were 32 billion won, 5.7 billion won, and 3.3 billion won respectively. Rebellions continues development on next-generation chips including Rebel 100 and Renegade.
