Visa Q3 Revenue Jumps 14% to $11.6B Amid Stablecoin Ecosystem Expansion

Woofun AI data shows that Visa generated $11.6 billion in revenue for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, representing a 14% year-on-year increase. Payment transaction volumes, cross-border flows, and processed transactions all recorded double-digit growth, with cross-border volume rising 13% and processed transactions up 10%.
The company stated it is actively investing in the stablecoin ecosystem, covering blockchain, issuance, wallets, infrastructure, and applications. Visa announced membership in the OpenStandard alliance to support the OpenUSD stablecoin for global capital flows. Its platform will offer settlement services, on-chain wallet-as-a-service, and fiat-to-stablecoin exchange, initially supporting OpenUSD. Integration with Pismo will provide tokenized deposit services to financial institutions, with plans to add third-party providers later. Visa described stablecoins and AI as complementary, noting that "agent-based commerce will expand accessible markets and drive future growth."
