Woofun AI reports that the American Arbitration Association has created a dedicated Web3 arbitration panel to adjudicate disputes involving smart contracts, blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, tokenization, decentralized systems, agent-based commerce, and autonomous trading.
Eric Dill, AAA’s chief people officer, stated that integrating emerging technologies into business requires dispute resolution mechanisms combining technical expertise with reliable management. The inaugural panel includes Kabir Duggal of Akin Gump, David L. Evans of Murphy & King, University of Pennsylvania Law School professor David A. Hoffman, Paula Pendley of Nelson Mullins, and Rich Widmann, Google Cloud’s global head of Web3 strategy. The AAA intends to expand the panel as new legal and technical issues emerge in the Web3 ecosystem.
