Robinhood Q2 Revenue Surges 32% to $1.31B, Full-Year Spending Guidance Lowered

Net profit rose 48% to $573 million, with diluted earnings per share at $0.62. Adjusted EBITDA climbed 35% to $741 million, exceeding the $629 million forecast. Cryptocurrency revenue totaled $100 million, above the $86.6 million expectation, while options revenue grew 29% to $342 million. Average revenue per user increased 24% to $187.
Net deposits reached a record $21.7 billion, and Gold subscription users grew 39% to 4.8 million. The company reduced its full-year adjusted operating expenses and equity incentives guidance to $2.675–$2.775 billion. During the quarter, Trump account registrations exceeded 7 million with deposits nearing $1.5 billion. Robinhood also launched its Chain mainnet, secured a Singapore capital markets services license, and completed the acquisition of WonderFi. Shares rose approximately 4% in after-hours trading.
