Woofun AI reports that Tencent WorkBuddy has introduced a "Human-AI Collaboration" feature allowing users to open Word, Excel, PPT, and Markdown files. Users can select specific text, cell groups, or slides for AI-driven in-place editing, which modifies only the designated area while maintaining the rest of the content and formatting. The system permits users to review changes, continue manual editing, or revert results. Word capabilities include writing assistance, refining, and formatting, while Excel supports data analysis and chart generation. PPT features encompass slide splitting, layout adjustment, and speech note generation. Similar functionalities have existed in OpenAI's Codex for some time.
