AI Startup June Secures $20M Pre-Seed Round Led by Time Ventures
June emerges from stealth with $20M pre-seed funding led by Time Ventures and investments from Michael Dell. The firm targets AI agent deployment in legacy enterprise systems.
Woofun AI reports that AI startup June has exited stealth mode after closing a $20 million pre-seed financing round. Time Ventures, owned by Marc Benioff, led the investment, with follow-on capital provided by Michael Dell, Aaron Levie, and George Kurtz.
Co-founded by former Salesforce executive Efrat Rapoport and three others, June’s team previously built Bonobo AI, which Salesforce acquired in 2019. The company’s core product scans enterprise systems to identify bottlenecks and generates roadmaps for deploying AI Agents in legacy environments such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Workday, eliminating the need for costly front-end deployment engineers.
