Woofun AI reports that Cloudflare has launched a programmable stablecoin wallet designed for AI agents to settle API, data, and content costs. The offering includes account wallets for user-controlled deposits and virtual wallets allowing agents to execute payments via API keys, with configurable limits and allowlists. Built on the x402 Foundation established with Coinbase in September 2025, the system employs the x402 protocol to facilitate micro-payments where websites return payment instructions directly, eliminating the need for subscriptions or traditional accounts.
