EU MiCA EMT Registry Hits 43 Entities as Slovenia Joins

The registry also added Czech Partners Banka and German Volksbank Beilstein-Ilsfeld-Abstatt as licensed crypto asset service providers, raising the CASP total to 325. Altlift was removed from the list. The EMT register now holds 43 entities, the ART register remains empty, and non-compliant entities stay at 167.
