NH Investment & Securities will join the STO joint platform currently under development by Koscom. The partnership encompasses system validation, the integration of issuance and account management workflows, and the creation of digital assets alongside new STO frameworks. Both entities will also coordinate responses to evolving regulatory landscapes and market conditions. Koscom is concurrently engaging with multiple securities firms to construct a shared STO infrastructure designed to minimize redundant development costs and streamline issuance and trading procedures.
