Specific contract prices for 32GB, 64GB, and 96GB DDR5 RDIMMs reached $900, $1,590, and $2,650 respectively. In the spot market, trade prices for 32GB, 64GB, and 96GB modules ranged from $1,800-$2,100, $3,000-$3,200, and $3,800-$4,100. The disparity between contract and spot pricing, particularly for 96GB units, is narrowing amid persistent OEM supply constraints.

However, large server customers are exhibiting heightened sensitivity to escalating memory costs. With long-term supply agreements now providing greater assurance of availability, these factors may lead to a more moderate trajectory for DDR5 price increases.
