Google Science One Eliminates AI Hallucinations With 100% Verified Citations

New system binds conclusions to source code and experiments, achieving zero fake citations in tests while competitors show 20.9% error rates.

Woofun AI reports that Google has launched Science One, a framework enabling AI to conduct research while retaining full evidentiary trails. The system links every conclusion to its source, code, and experimental records, automatically revising or deleting sentences where evidence does not match.

In trials using Gemini 3.1 Pro across five tasks, the system produced 75 papers with 337 genuine citations and 12 reproducible results. Fourteen of 15 papers aligned with actual code, contrasting sharply with other systems that exhibited a fictitious citation rate as high as 20.9%.
