Concurrently, the company raised $653.1 million by issuing 6.59 million shares of common stock, demonstrating a coordinated effort to manage liquidity across different capital instruments.

The bitcoin sales reduced Strategy's total holdings to 840,447 BTC, which were acquired for $63.36 billion at an average price of $75,385.
