Singapore-based Psalion finalizes $50M VCC fund managed by Conduit Asset Management, targeting early-stage RWA, DeFi, and infrastructure projects bridging Web2 and Web3.
Woofun AI reports that Psalion has completed its third fundraising round, securing $50 million in total capital. The fund operates as a variable capital company registered in Singapore and is administered by Conduit Asset Management, which holds a license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
The capital will target Pre-Seed to Seed stage ventures within infrastructure, middleware, trade finance, RWA, stablecoins, and DeFi sectors. Managing Partner Tim Enneking described the strategy as investing in the synthesis of traditional finance and crypto, specifically Web2 businesses utilizing Web3 infrastructure. The firm noted that previous funds were launched during market downturns to capitalize on reasonable valuations and focused entrepreneurial activity.
