Securities lending has historically been gated behind KYC, asset requirements, and "knowledge" tests.
Earn Stocks are programmable equity positions that can be held, traded, used as collateral, supplied to credit markets, and packaged into different risk and return profiles. With 24/7 global markets that anyone can access.
That creates an entirely new design space:
- Every stock can support its own lending and funding market.
- Borrow demand creates an observable yield curve for each equity.
- Products can separate equity exposure from credit-market exposure.
- New structured products can be composed without rebuilding the underlying financial rails.
Pretty damn cool if you ask me.
