Galaxy is expanding its data center footprint. We've executed a development agreement and acquired 500 acres in McGregor, Texas, for the construction and operation of an AI and HPC data center campus.

Galaxy is advancing the electricalinfrastructure required to support the campus, starting with an initial phase of development expected to reach 74 MW. We believe there ispotential for the McGregor campus to grow into a multi-hundred-megawatt site through 2030.

The McGregor campus will be Galaxy’s second major data center investment in the state, building on our 1.6 GW flagship Helios campus in West Texas. This marks another concrete step in a strategy we’ve laid out publicly: building a disciplined, multi-campus data center business to meet the structural, long-term growth in AI / HPC demand.
