"You win some, you lose some."

Back in February, the Supreme Court told Trump his big global tariffs were illegal. He'd used emergency powers to tax basically everything coming into the country, and the Court said no, only Congress can do that.

This week he got a win. A trade court ruled he does have the power to kill the "de minimis" exemption, the rule that let cheap packages under $800 skip tariffs and skip customs scrutiny. Importers sued to bring it back. He beat them.
