M1llionz has gone quiet on TikTok and Telegram in recent weeks and set his TikTok posts to private. I've since identified two further attacks within 2 hops of his OTC addresses.

In my experience, French law enforcement cares about helping victims and solving these cases, though inefficient laws can hinder outcomes.
