watched the astra launch video, looks like full computer use. if the real product is that good, then it's a major inflection point: chat -> reasoning -> coding -> full computer use. tam (most white collar jobs) is at least 1 order of magnitude, maybe 2 or 3, that of coding. which would suggest the ai trade is intact.

for my new side project i investigated 100+ supplements, drugs, procedures, tests, and behaviors promoted by longevity influencers. i had claude and grok audit the entire medical literature for evidence and counter evidence for each, and debate up to 10 rounds until they reach consensus. the result is something many of u probably already know. the vast majority of things sold to u are just expensive molecules that go thru bladder and do pretty much nothing beneficial. some of them even carry known and unknown risks. how im going to modify my own "protocol": the handful of supplements i was already taking like vit d and omega 3 actually have much less evidence than i thought. so im just not going to stress of them. if i remember to buy/take them, good. if not, wtv. https://t.co/TEGqVNhdOI

the best historical analog for zec imo is the 2013 btc double bubble. similar htf price action, marketcap range, and community. after breaking the first high (~$250) it took btc just 4 weeks to 4x and reach the second high (~$1100). the zcsh etf may just be the fuel needed for zec to repeat the feat.
