@josephkazUK @techtoby__ If the meter is bypassed than agreed it’s more difficult (I was referring to non meter by pass scenario), if it’s a smart meter you can still run anomaly analysis on their HH data, on dumb meter it becomes a much more difficult problem

People often ask me how to pick which company to join. It’s the same problem as picking a stock, except you are allocating time not capital. So run the same diligence you’d run on an investment. Look at the historical financials, the margins, the growth. But that doesn’t tell you anything about the future. The most important question that actually matters is about where it’s going. Ask the leadership what comes next. Assess what the rate of improvement is. My rule of thumb: when you’re evaluating a late-stage company, it should still feel like an early-stage one. A good one is taking multiple insane bets, any single one of which, if it lands, dwarfs every existing revenue line. If the answer is “we keep doing what we’re doing, just bigger,” that's not a good sign. You’re investing years of your life. Pick the company that’s still trying to become something, not the one defending what it already is.

Most startups push candidates to take equity over cash, then let them sell it at a discount later. If they truly believed in their own paper, they wouldn't be so keen to give it away. At Fuse we back our equity with our capital. Take your bonus in shares, or take 2x the amount in cash. Your choice.
