BitMine stopping at 4.9% stops market manipulation risk near 5%. They only need ~100k more tokens, taking 6–7 weeks at current velocity. Halting buys means no more capital raises needed, which should stabilize shareholder value without new dilution pressure. Does this fixed cap create a long-term price floor, or will sentiment shift once accumulation fully ends?
