Bybit CEO : We Actually Gave Every Employee an AI Agent

On April 15, 2026, Bybit co-founder and CEO Ben Zhou @benbybit said in a Cointelegraph @Cointelegraph interview at Paris Blockchain Week that Bybit has given every employee an AI agent with access to the same information as the employee.

He said AI can help companies retain knowledge that would otherwise be lost when employees leave, allowing the agent to stay with the role rather than the individual. Meanwhile, AI can also handle repetitive tasks such as entering client information and finding documents, improving internal efficiency.
