If compliant companies invest heavily to obtain licenses, build local operations, and follow the rules—while others can continue operating through loopholes or exceptions—the market risks becoming a classic case of bad actors crowding out good actors. Fair competition requires consistent enforcement. Europe deserves one rulebook, applied equally to everyone. 🇪🇺
