The prediction game here has one rule: post enough calls, delete the bad ones. A prediction costs nothing, deleting one costs nothing, and a "called it" screenshot pays followers forever. The old stock touts ran this by post, mail 500 people "up" and 500 people "down", then charge whichever half saw the winner. X made the postage free
It works because the only timestamp anyone trusts is a public post. To prove you called it early, you have to publish the call early, which hands your best idea to everyone for free. So the choice is: give it away to earn the receipt, or keep it and have no proof you ever made the call
Sealing fixes the physics. Write the call, seal it, and the network timestamps that it exists without revealing a word. When the event resolves, it opens on its own. Right calls become receipts nobody can fake. Wrong calls become receipts too, that's the point, the delete key stops working the moment you commit
