I think Anthropic's IPO wont go as people expect because Open Source AI models are cleaning up on cost and intelligence My counterpoint was eventually frontier models should own a percentage of their creations (technology, medicines etc) since the final intelligence they offer is economically very viable but this doesn't seem like it is coming to fruition. Companies also have an alternative now in owning their entire AI stack and not sharing their data as this is a core business asset, they share zero data and its the only way to drive differentiated business outcomes vs using the model everyone is using
